Second Chance at a Cheerleader—Snowedin Fantasies 2 @willaedwards #BDSM #mfm #ménage

Welcome back romance author Willa Edwards...

The Birth of A Town

A few years ago I received an invitation to my ten year high school reunion (which these days are delivered via Facebook). When I received the invite my first thought was of the friends I wanted to see, and have fun with again. But though I was excited to see all my old buddies, which we don’t get to do very often these days, spread out all over the country, I wasn’t curious to know what was happening with them. I know what’s going on in their lives without the reunion (another benefit of Facebook). But the idea of seeing all the other people that I went to high school that I wasn’t close friends and as a result I was not a part of their lives, or their Facebook friend, stirred my interest. What happened to the straight laced valedictorian, the class AV geeks, the star of the school play, or the quarterback of our abysmal football team (we didn’t have a single win my senior year, no one was getting a college scholarship off their football scores in my class).

And that’s how Snowedin, Vermont was born.  This fictional skiing town, filled with crazy characters, is very similar to town I grew up in. From skiing to hockey and all the maple sugar you can drink in between. And I started off this series very similarly to how the idea came to me, with the planning of the class of 2002 high school reunion.

Like any high school class, a lot had changed in the last ten years. Some of them have fallen on hard times, some have excelled in the real world, but they all have one thing in common (besides that they graduated from high school together), they are all trying to determine where they fit into the world and where they want to go next. They are no longer kids, and they feel the need to start getting serious about what they want in the world. Whether that’s a new job, a new place to live or to finally settle down and have the family they’ve already dreamed of. All these characters are striving to make their dreams a reality. And regardless of age and place, isn’t that what we’re all trying to do?

Though not all the stories I have planned (and yes, I have many cooking right now) revolve around characters from this graduation class, just like my high school reunion invitation, the series begins with the questions that stimulated my curiosity. But like every one of my stories, the town of Snowed and all its inhabitants are growing, and each member of this tourist town is vying for my attention, wanting their own story. I can’t wait to give each of them their own voice.

Second Chance at a Cheerleader is the most recent installment in my Snowedin Fantasies series, explores what happens when the head cheerleaders and class geeks get together. Ten years have led to a lot of changes with both, including how they see each other and themselves, leaving the possibility open for so much more.

BLURB:

Dan Tyson and Matt Goodman are the ultimate nerds, not to mention millionaires, after their video game hit it big. They always dream of loving one woman, Lanie Brookes, queen of the school. But back in high school they couldn't interest any woman. Definitely not someone as amazing as Lanie. As their high school reunion approaches they decide to blow off some steam, by sharing a date from Fantasies Fulfilled.

In high school, Lanie Brookes had the life everyone dreamed of. She was head cheerleader, dating the captain of the hockey team. But since staying in Snowedin to take care of her mother, her life has gone downhill.

When she receives a mysterious subscription to Fantasies Fulfilled, she decides to make the most of it, picking two men for the price of one. But she never guessed she’d selected the two men she's dreamed of since graduation night, Matt and Dan. But will they still be interested in her now? Or will the fantasy go up in smoke when they realize who she's become?

STORY EXCERPT

She read the words across the card, her heart picking up speed at the insignia across the top. Fantasies Fulfilled. She held the invitation in her hand, hardly able to breathe.

Over the last few months she’d heard all about Fantasies Fulfilled from her best friend Beth. First when she talked about satisfying her own fantasy, about who she’d planned to meet and how much she was looking forward to her evening with them. And since her fantasy, Lanie heard all about Beth’s two men, Marcos and Dell, who she thanked the Fantasy Fulfilled team for connecting her with, or reconnecting in Dell’s case.

Every time Beth mentioned her fantasy night, or the two amazing men it had brought into her life, the green monster of jealousy reared up inside Lanie. It had been so long since she’d felt even a fraction of that excitement. It had been even longer since she’d felt sexy or beautiful, as Beth described Marcos and Dell made her feel.

Had Beth gotten her a subscription to the service? No one Lanie knew had the connections or excess income to gift her with such a subscription. Fantasies Fulfilled was a very exclusive service, and could be very expensive.

Not that it mattered who got her the gift. Lanie didn’t know a lot, but she knew not to look a gift horse in the mouth. She didn’t care who gave her the subscription. She had it now, and she planned to have a little bit of fun with it.

Her heart pounding, she sat down at her computer. The machine groaned, upset to be reawakened. Way past its prime, the computer still worked, albeit much slower than it had years ago. She opened up Internet Explorer and typed in the website, detailed across the bottom of the card.

The main page appeared in the same black and silver lettering as the invitation. It was rather bland, considering what type of work they did. She’d been expecting lewd pictures or at the very least a few veiled references to the services they provided. From what she saw, Fantasies Fulfilled could have been selling drying cleaning chemicals. But very high end ones.

Lanie typed in the password off the card and the website opened up. Lanie felt like Alice stepping through the looking glass, as the website revealed a whole new world to her. One she’d never expected to be invited to. Across one side of the screen a list appeared of every fantasy she could think to indulge in, and then some. BDSM, exhibitionism, voyeurism, roleplaying, and same sex experimentation.

But one fantasy stuck out to her more than all the others. Ménage.

After all Beth’s talk about her two men, Lanie couldn’t deny the idea appealed to her. She leaned back in her chair, imagining being sandwiched between two men, their arms wrapped around her, their voices whispering sweet words into her ear. Telling her how beautiful she was, how wonderful, how amazing.

Without realizing it, her mind flashed back to high school, to the party following graduation. Back when she was young, free, and so sure of herself. A confident person she didn’t recognize now. The only time she’d ever been sandwiched between two men, their glowing admiration filling each touch, every look and smile.

She’d only danced with Dan Tyson and Matt Goodman that night to make her boyfriend of the time, Vance, jealous after a knock-down, drag-out fight. He’d told her she’d never be able find anyone else willing to put up with her shit. He’d acted like he deserved a goddamn medal just for dating her. To prove him wrong, she’d run out to the party and found two guys more than willing to lick her shoes if she’d asked them to.

But what surprised her the most about the dance was how safe she felt between Matt and Dan. Maybe it was because she knew they’d do anything for her, that she could bat her eyes and they’d come running. Unlike Vance, who made her beg for ten minutes of cuddle time after he’d rutted on top of her till he got off, though she rarely did. But it felt like more than that. More than just the power she held over them. There was a gentleness to their touch, a reverence in their eyes, that made her feel like a prized possession. They were the only men she could remember that made her feel that way.

To this day, when she felt upset, alone, invisible, she still pulled out the memory, let it play out in her mind and remind her of a time when she was someone special, someone worth loving.

She’d been using that old memory a lot recently. It was about time to start creating a few new ones. She had a lot of loving to make up for. Two at once seemed the most efficient method of taking care of her problem. She smiled to herself. It was only logical.

Clicking on the link, her eyes widened. Her pussy dampened as she read all the messages, all the dirty wishes these pairs of men asked for.

There were so many requests. So many men out there search for the same thing she did. Who would have ever guessed?

Damn, this was the best present she’d ever received.

#NewRelease Owned for Christmas by @willaedwards @Totally_Bound #ménage #BDSM

Please welcome back multi-published author, Willa Edwards, with a new holiday release — Owned for Christmas...

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
by Willa Edwards

Some people don’t like Christmas. The commercialism, the greed, the busy roads and stores, even the time with prying family members. And while I might agree with some of those complaints some of the time, I’ve always loved Christmastime. It’s a magical time of year. Not just because it’s the time of year when reindeer can fly or one man can deliver presents to every child on the planet. But because this time of year changes people. While it can bring out some horrible traits in people, it can also bring out the best in people. People become more caring, more charitable, more interested in their fellow man around this time of year.

And that’s why I’ve written several stories taking place over Christmas. Because when people are more loving, more charitable and more open to others, is also (in my opinion) the perfect time for love. And that is what inspired me to write my newest release, Owned for Christmas. This story includes a little of the good and bad of the season. Some noisy family members, some tree trimming, a little bit of brotherly strife, and three open hearts looking for connection. With some rope and a few whips thrown in just for fun.

I hope you have a happy and safe season, and experience all the good of this holiday season. And if you get a chance, I’d love for you to check out Owned for Christmas, a fun little story about one woman caught between two brothers, and all the sexy situations she gets into trying to bring them together. Available now with Totally Bound Publishing.

Christmas with her boyfriend’s family seems like a lovely idea—until she finds her previous Dom staying for the holidays too.

Kate Baker is nervous about meeting her boyfriend Daniel’s family.

When she walks into the family home to find Grant, her former Dom, spending the holidays with them too, her world turns upside down. How can she spend Christmas with the man who shattered her heart and broke her trust in the whole BDSM scene?

Although she had no idea Grant and Daniel were brothers, Grant revives all those needs that Daniel can’t fulfil. But she won’t give up the man who helped mend her broken heart after Grant shattered it—even if she has to bury the submissive part of herself to do it.

A year ago, Grant Farrell left the woman he loved—and the best sub he’s ever controlled—to tend the family ranch after his father’s death. It almost tore his heart out to leave Kate but he had no other choice. He didn’t realise how much it had hurt them both until she shows up at his family’s home on his brother’s arm.

Now more than ever he’s determined to keep her in his life, even if he has to share her to do it. But half measures won’t be enough anymore. He needs either to own her completely, or give her up to Daniel for good.

Can he convince Kate to forgive him for the pain he caused her and the secrets he kept? Or will he lose her to his brother for his past mistakes?

Excerpt:

“Are you sure your mom will like me?” Kate threaded and unthreaded her fingers together. The snow-covered Rocky Mountains filled her passenger side window. The ground crunched under their tires, illustrating that they weren’t in Texas anymore—that and the sub-zero temperature.

When her boyfriend had asked her to spend Christmas with his family in Colorado, she’d been ecstatic. Now she was rethinking her decision.

She stared out of the window, focusing on breathing deeply. The last thing she wanted was to have a panic attack the second she walked into her boyfriend’s childhood home. What a great first impression that would leave. For years to come, she’d be known as the crazy girl he brought home that one Christmas who stopped breathing right inside the front door.

Daniel pulled his hand from the steering wheel and reached across the car for hers. He gave her fingers a gentle squeeze. “I’m sure she’ll love you.”

She nodded and tried to believe him. It had been a long time since she’d met anyone’s mother. She’d stopped being the type of girl a man would take home to his family a while ago. She had never thought she’d be back in this position again.

That was until Daniel had appeared in her life. She looked over at the man sitting beside her. He’d glance at her with his warm, honey-brown eyes every once in a while. He’d combed his sandy hair back neatly. He was her savior. He’d found her, picked her up and helped her to glue her heart back together when she’d given up any hope that it was possible. The least she could do for him was meet his mother.

“What is there about you that’s not to love?” He smiled over at her.

There was a lot not to love. There certainly had been before. Enough to force someone to leave her. Or at least one very notable person. The one who had broken her heart and left her behind to pick up the pieces.

But that was all before Daniel. She tried to smile back.

They took a left turn, pulling off the highway onto a winding dirt road. Snow, a few inches deep, was piled up on either side of the road. White blanketed the trees and rocks. The car shook and dipped down the bumpy road. She braced herself against the car seat. This was a long way from her normal commute to school each morning. She’d never complain about Dallas traffic again. At least it didn’t have potholes the size of cannonballs, or ice.

“Trust me. It will be great. We got through the plane ride, didn’t we?”

Kate nodded. She had survived the plane ride. Thanks in part to Daniel and two mini bottles of vodka. But somehow, she’d lived through the flight. Her hands had even stopped shaking. “Of course I trust you.”

Daniel turned another corner, shifting onto an unpaved drive. It was hard not to notice the house so covered in twinkle lights it could almost be seen from space. It was beautiful. The quaint, tiny farmhouse sat nestled back into a hill. With the snow covering its roof and the lights decorating the porch, it almost looked like the front of a Christmas card. The kind she would have found and looked at longingly as a child from her Dallas bedroom.

If only she could stop her stomach from churning, she might be able to enjoy the sight.

Daniel slowed the vehicle before parking the rental car to the left of the small house.

“We’re home.” He grinned over at her.

Kate took a deep breath. He looked so happy, so excited. Her stomach churned more violently. She wished she felt the same as he did.

He scrambled out of the car toward the back to get their bags. Kate opened the door, stepping out into the cool air. Her boots squished in the snow. Good thing she’d gone for the heavy winter coat. She’d never seen so much snow in her life, besides on television. The bitter wind brushed her face and her nose burned slightly. But the snowfall was pretty, decorating everything in white and ice.

Daniel slammed the trunk before coming to meet her beside the car, a bag cradled under each arm.

Always the gentleman. Just another reason she loved him so much.

“Don’t tell me it looks that bad,” he joked, a wide smirk on his face.

Kate tightened her coat around her chest, schooling her features into a more excited expression. She’d hate for his mother to see the dumbfounded look she must have been sporting. She didn’t want to give his mom the impression she was judging them, or that she was disappointed in what she found—she certainly wasn’t.

She didn’t think his childhood home looked bad at all. In fact, the little house in the snow was very pretty and picturesque. So different from her parents’ house, so different from the Christmases she’d always known.

Guest Willa Edwards Author of Dirty Work

Could Mr. Wrong really be Mr. Oh-So-Right?

We all like different types of men. Some women like bald men, running their fingers of a smooth round scalp, while others crave thick curly hair all over their men, head, chest, back. Some women like tall and thin men, while others like stocky men covered with muscles. Every women has a different idea of who her Mr. Right is and what traits he might possess, whether it’s a man who works with his hands, or a man who’s better with equations than car motors. Every woman has a different idea of what Mr. Right should look like, and that was the whole basis of my Naughty Holiday List series.

One night, five women, Callie, Mallory, Krista, Amy and Giselle, all write down what they want in a man. They create lists of everything they want in their Mr. Right, very different lists, detailing different needs, and wants. And throughout the course of their stories they’ve all found those men.

Put what if the men you want are not the men you think you should want? That’s the issue that Giselle has to deal with in Dirty Work. She wants Garrett. He’s a working man, with oil under his fingernails and grease on his face. But after having several relationships with these kind of men, Giselle thinks she should move on and start dating a different kind of men. Men who spend more time sitting at a computer and working with numbers than car engine parts.

But can you deny who you’re attracted to? Can you really change the type of man that is your Mr. Right? And will Garrett give Giselle that chance? To find out, you’ll have to read Dirty Work now available with Siren Publishing.

As her friend's wedding approaches, Giselle Rossini feels more discouraged than ever. She's not where she wanted to be in life. She loves her job, but longs for something else to fill her days.

When she walks into her ex-sweetheart Garrett at her school, declaring he's the new auto shop teacher and he wants her back, Giselle finds her last refuge quickly vanishing. Years ago she loved Garrett, but all he did was break her heart and prove to her men are all the same.

Garrett Montgomery never stopped loving Giselle. And now he's back, determined to work his way into her life. He's not surprised Giselle isn't ready to welcome him back into her arms, but he'll do anything to earn her trust again. Garrett's never been afraid of a little hard work, especially when it includes some dirty talking and getting naughty in the backseat of a car.

But can he break through Giselle's perfect impregnable shell and into her heart, or will the labor be too much for him to withstand?

Excerpt

Giselle stared down at the list. The homemade paper was rough in her hands. The smell of pine and rose petals wafted from the page. The bright holiday ornaments and snowflakes stared up at her mockingly.

Ever since she’d created the list with her friends nine months ago the items cataloged on the holiday paper taunted her. It had seemed like such a fun idea, writing lists of the qualities your dream man would possess, with the hope that man would then find his way to your life. All her friends had been successful with it. One by one they’d all fallen under the spell. Each finding their own version of happiness. All of them, except her.

She dropped the list to her desk, right beside the invitation for Callie and Eric’s wedding, releasing a deep sigh. Only another day until the big event and no matter how hard she tried she couldn’t get excited about it. At least not as excited as she should be. She was the party planner, the event organizer. She should be in her element, but it felt forced, like she was going through the motions.

All her friends had found happiness with someone they loved. She should be happy for them. And she was. But it didn’t stop the pang in her heart that throbbed with her own loneliness. Or the quiet voice in the back of her head that wondered if there was something wrong with her, something unlovable.

She’d never thought she’d be the one whose life revolved around work. She thought she’d be married by now, maybe have a few kids. But life hadn’t worked out that way. Instead, she was at the school three days before the new year began, categorizing her supplies, and determining what she needed to order before the curriculum began. At least her students benefited. Most of them could out cook Rachel Ray with all she’d taught them.

How had she become this person? She was pretty sure she hadn’t always been this focused on work. It certainly wasn’t who she wanted to be, but she had no clue how to change it.

Giselle shoved the last of the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda back into the cabinet and noted the remaining ingredients she needed for the blueberry muffins she always made the first day of class with her Home Ec students, before grabbing her purse and heading toward the door. She’d promised to meet Callie early to finish decorating the pavilion in the park where she was to be married. Tonight was the rehearsal dinner and Giselle had promised to make sure the event went off without a hitch so Callie could enjoy herself.

Not that she had a choice. No one else would be able to help Callie as well as she could. She couldn’t stand the idea of having to spend all day tomorrow looking at someone else’s lopsided flower arrangements or mismatched table linens. She shuddered at the thought of her best friend drinking out of plastic champagne glasses.

The sound of her heels clicking across the floor echoed through the empty halls. The rest of the teachers were off enjoying what remained of their summer vacation before the horde of hyper kids, helicopter parents and school board demands usurped all their time. Every teacher with a life, that is.

Giselle turned the corner, and the clang of metal coming from the auto shop lab piqued her interest. She smiled. She wasn’t the only one without a life.

They must have hired the new teacher. After Mr. Miller retired, James, one of her best friends’ husbands and the middle school vice principal, had revealed they’d decided to go a different way with the position. He mentioned hiring someone with less teaching experience and more real life experience. Giselle assumed that meant someone willing to work for less. Given how their school budget continued to dwindle, she didn’t blame him.

Curiosity getting the best of her, she snuck a peek toward the shop. The door hung wide open, giving her a good view of the cluttered room.

The new teacher was bent over, picking up a tool beside the broken down Ford Taurus they used for the kids to practice on. Her stomach flip flopped and her temperature rose as she stared at the delicious sight of the new shop teacher before her. She’d have to compliment James on the new hire. He’d made a very nice choice.

Giselle leaned back against the door jamb to admire the picture before her. She didn’t often ogle men, she just wasn’t that type of girl, but the sight before her was too good to ignore. His worn jeans cupped a very nice, well-formed ass. His thick masculine body would have all the female teachers interested in learning how to change their own oil.

She’d always loved manly guys, men who worked with their hands. It had gotten her into trouble more times than she could recall. She’d tried to be attracted to a man who spent more time behind a computer screen and reading books than he spent with grease beneath his fingernails, but so far it hadn’t worked. Yet another reason she was here today, instead of curled in bed with someone special.

He stood and Giselle smiled, walking further into the room. Now seemed as good a time as any to introduce herself to her new coworker. Maybe she’d offer to show him around the school, introduce him to all the other teachers. Her mood lightened and a small smile leapt to her face. Didn’t most people meet their significant other at work? Maybe the universe was finally working for her. Maybe this was her chance to meet her future husband. The next wedding they attended could be hers.

His back came into view, a dark red T-shirt spread across his broad shoulders. His blond hair spiked around his head, perfect for running her fingers through. She hoped he had brown eyes. She’d always been a sucker for a pair of dark eyes.

He turned around and Giselle gasped, all the air leaving her lungs in one large gust. She reached her hand out, grabbing hold of the doorframe to keep upright. The edges of her vision darkened.
“Hi, Dixie.” He grinned at her. His big foolish smirk knotted her insides, the drawl from his Georgia roots highlighting the nickname he’d given her over eight years ago, on their first date. “It’s great to see you again.”
