When I was little, I thought everyone had stories in their head. When I found out only special people had stories to tell, I wanted to be one of the magical ones who shared their stories with the world. I wrote my first book in kindergarten with the help of my teacher, Mrs. Daniels. Romancing Rebecca packed a one-two punch of awesomeness. The romance between the smart and capable heroine and a handsome English Earl is more than enough to keep any reader captivated but then…boom! Out comes the mystery and intrigue. Throughout Rebecca’s journey, vivid descriptions put me in the moment as if I were the one running through a damp, underground tunnel or racing through the English countryside on a motorbike, all while leading me deeper into the story. A terrific addition to the Brass Ringers Series!
I’m a huge fan of January Bain so when I saw an ARC copy of book three in the Brass Ringers series was available for review on the Booksprout Ap, I jumped at the chance to grab my free copy in exchange for an honest review. I was not disappointed. I loved Romancing Rebecca just as much as I enjoyed the first two books in the series if not more. As always, Mrs. Bain delivered a smoking hot romance within an intriguing mystery filled with suspense. From the irrepressible Dowager to the villainess who is literally off her meds, the MC is surrounded by a cast of interesting and well-written characters. The story can stand alone without reading the other books, but I recommend them all!  -Shannon

Richard Bard draws on his own experiences as a former USAF pilot and cancer survivor to craft compelling characters who risk it all for love and loyalty. Born in Munich, Germany, to American parents, he joined the United States Air Force like his father. But he left the service when he was diagnosed with cancer and learned he had only months to live.
